"Surrounded by Art", a documentary video about Art Models, by Art Model Parker McPhinney, explores the ins and outs of this frequently misunderstood profession.  Through the eyes of her peers we encounter the models range of emotions as they reveal themselves to the artists.  Those we get to know are as varied as humanity itself in their shape, size, age,  race and sexuality.  As their candid and often humorous personal stories unfold, we come to understand the physical and mental demands of the job, as well as the joy of being part of the creative process.
